How many days ahead do I need to request an appointment?

We try to schedule new patients within 24 to 48 hours pending your availability.

Can I request a therapist specifically?

Certainly, although it is not always possible for the Initial Evaluation; but once the Initial Evaluation is completed, you can schedule ahead with the therapist of your choice.

Can I fill out the forms before my visit?

We are currently working on loading patient intake and insurance forms on the New Patients page of our website for you to print and bring in with you. We will hopefully have this finished soon. At this time, you are always welcome to stop into our clinic to pick up the forms in advance, or we ask if you can come in 15 min early for your first appointment to fill out the forms. We are sorry for this inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.
